Select your date of birth exactly as mentioned in your Aadhaar card, birth certificate, or school records.
Please select your gender.
Select your category as per your official documents.
Upload your valid category certificate if you belong to SC, ST, OBC, or EWS category.

Enter your nationality as per your official documents (e.g., Indian).
Enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number of the candidate exactly as mentioned on the Aadhaar card. This is used for identity verification.
Enter a valid 10-digit mobile number. This number will be used for exam updates, admit card notifications, and scholarship announcements.
Enter a valid email address. Important notifications such as exam details, admit card information, and scholarship results may be sent to this email.
Enter your permanent residential address including house number, street, village/town, district, state, and PIN code.
Provide this address only if it is different from your permanent address.
Upload a clear image or PDF of the front side of the candidate’s Aadhaar card. Make sure the name and photo are clearly visible.
Upload a clear image or PDF of the back side of the candidate’s Aadhaar card. Ensure the address and QR code (if visible) are clear.
Upload a recent passport size photograph.

Upload a clear image of your signature on white paper. The signature should belong to the applicant and must be clearly visible.
